RECYCLER Folder in all Drives (In View all files and Folders Mode)

Recycler folder does correspond to the Recycle Bin. However, Windows creates a Recycler folder on each Windows-accessible partition on a hard drive.
If you want to disable it on all but the C: drive, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on Recycle Bin > Properties2. On the 'Global' tab, click on 'Configure drives independently'3. Click on the D: drive tab, click on 'Do not move files to the Recycle Bin'
This will disable the Recycle Bin on D: drive.
As for the System Volume Information, this corresponds to System Restore. The same as the Recycle Bin, this is in effect on all drives. The reason it does not allow access is because the files therein are critical when you need to do a system restore (whether it be due to virus or software or driver problems).
If you want to disable this as well, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on My Computer > Properties > System Restore2. Ensure that "Turn off System Restore for all drives" is unchecked.3. Click on the drive you want to disable System Restore on, then click 'Settings'4. On that screen you should have an option to turn off System Restore on that drive. Select it, then OK all settings.
To summarise, though, these are not virus infections, but Windows-configured designs. You are not at any risk with it there.Source(s)
